Tumblr is the latest little web 2.0 toy for me to play with, it seems to be pitched half-way between Twitter and full-blogs and the best way i could describe it is as an internet scrapbook. I have created one for myself to play with anyway. You can add photos, videos, text and its all done quite easily. I'm not sure it has any use for the the University marketing but it seems less useless than Twitter.
